What is Sisal?
Sisal is also known by its botanic name Agave sisalana and is one of the most widely used natural fibers around the world. It is very easily cultivated with no pesticides or chemical fertilizers are used in sisal production. The cultivation of the crop itself does not cause environmental degradation. We love the sisal fibre for its high strength and durability, making it our preferred fibre of choice especially in wet conditions such as the shower.
