SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer shipping within Australia only and ship Tuesday - Friday with orders prepared when our volunteers receive the order confirmation.

Deliveries within Perth and surrounds should arrive within 1-2 business days, and regional/Australia wide within 3-5 business days. We also offer free click and collect from our store in Bayswater. Sorry, we can't deliver to PO boxes, locked bags, or parcel lockers.

Apart from instore Click & Collect, orders are dispatched using Australia Post which includes parcel tracking.  

GOOD TO KNOW

Heavy / Oversize Items: Orders over 2kg or large / bulky items (e.g. 220L compost bins, soil solver, worm farms etc) are instore pick-up only

Please note; items we cannot ship outside WA - our local Maylands honey nor any Thrive brand seeds

RETURNS

We will provide a refund or exchange on items within 28 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and you have proof of purchase.

Returns for damaged/broken goods will also be offered a refund or replacement item within 28 days, provided you have proof of purchase.

After 28 days, we will refer you to the product manufacturer for product replacement.
