SHIPPING

All of our orders are 100% carbon neutral and sustainably shipped.

We offer shipping within Australia only, and ship orders Tuesday - Friday and will prepare and ship your order as soon as our volunteers receive your order confirmation.

Deliveries within Perth and surrounds should arrive within 1-2 business days, and regional/Australia wide within 3-5 business days. We also offer free click and collect from our store in Bayswater. Sorry, we can't deliver to PO boxes, locked bags, or parcel lockers.

Due to the closure of the courier company Sendle, we are currently dispatching orders through Australia Post. We will be unable to track your parcel once it has left our store. 

RETURNS

We will provide a refund or exchange on items within 28 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and you have proof of purchase.

Returns for damaged/broken goods will also be offered a refund or replacement item within 28 days, provided you have proof of purchase. After 28 days, we will refer you to the product manufacturer for product replacement.
